It became clear quite quickly that gyms are commercial enterprises geared to making profits, customers are a commodity and this was not something I wanted to be a part of. This was when I took the decision to start my own personal training studio.

I have personal experience of managing and maintaining weight loss. In 1987 underwent back surgery which has given me good experience of working with back injuries.

I have a degree in Exercise & Health Science and am qualified REPS L4 in GP Referrals and cardiac rehabilitation. My advice to you is always based on the most current research, never the latest fad or trend.

Absolutely not. The first step is the hardest & you’ve already taken that by visiting my site. Your programme will be individually tailored to suit your current situation & will be monitored, reviewed & progressed as you feel comfortable.

It’s sometimes a mistake to think that dragging sessions out over a longer period is better. It helps your motivation to see results as quickly as possible, therefore I always suggest sessions should be taken weekly.
