Exercise alone cannot substitute a poor diet. For example, the average person will need to jog on a treadmill for around 30 minutes to burn around 300 calories, whereas it takes only 30 seconds to make good food choices!

An unhealthy diet can not only lead to physical problems, but also to mental & emotional imbalance.

A healthy lifestyle, including exercise & healthy eating, will result in a stronger commitment to maintaining that healthy lifestyle, along with increased energy, confidence, motivation, and overall sense of achievement and wellbeing.

I can offer 2 levels of support. Nutritional support & advice is offered via telephone and/or email for the duration of both of the programmes.
